Attractive and competitive value for money against other hotels in Cannes. Parking was onsite. It took 20 minutes to reach Plage Waikiki on foot.

Nice residence, just 600 meters frome "la Croisette", equiped with kitchenette, fridge, flat tv, free wi-fi. Big room with double bed and 2 children beds (up and down) in separate space. Offers parking but you have to book in advance. In other case you can find around the hotel area for free, or in paying public parking.
Check-in from 17:00 till 20:00, absence of reception from noon to 17:00 and from 20:00. The last night we found a letter attached to our front door, mentioning that we were supposed to take of the sheets from beds and place them with the towels in the bathtub. That's realy a joke, first time in my life I ever heard about this from a hotel. One of the other terms of the notice was that we had to check-out from 08:00 to 10:00 and we could leave the hotel, after a 5 minutes check of the room by the receptionist. As we had a boat to catch from Italy, we ignored it and left early in the morningIt's a shame becose otherwise our experience was nice. Please advise them to change this habit.

Nothing special, but it's ok if you can't afford to stay at the Croisette. Only 10 mins from Festival Palace. Keep in mind that you must climb a bit as this hotel is located on the steep street.
No staff after 8 pm till morning. If you come late be prepared that you must call for instructions and you should rather be a self-reliant.

Room was ok but I think it is too expensive for the quality they provide
The receptionist is not there most of time! ... very inconvinient. If you arrive in the evening you'll likely to see a closed door, with instructions on the wall to call somewhere and they give you code to access and find your keys: if your cell is on international roaming then you may have to spend a lot of money before you find your keys! ... they also refused to store luggage for a few hours after I checked out and the train station in Cannes does not have storage too! ... this is very very inconvinient if your train/plane is in the evening while you have to check out from hotel at 10am!...
